A family member introduced me to Linear Space Concepts. I had also done extensive research myself online and asked around on forums before I finally decide on them. I found my renovation to be alright. More specifically, we were happy with the design but less so with the quality of the works. My ID proposed a unique design which impressed us. However, we felt that her responsiveness could definitely be improved. There were times during the project where we had to chase him a lot. Besides, we felt we had to remind our ID multiple times on things which we have requested before because she forgot about it. Eventually, the works were delayed 1-2 months. Quality-wise, some of the furnishings and products were found lacking. For example, we had issues with the door hinges and dimmers and had to get the contractors to fix the problems. In the end, we felt that we did not really get value for money out of this project. We had paid a large sum for this and in the end the works were average at best. Overall I will not recommend Linear Space Concepts to my friends because I feel that I could have gotten more value at a lower price with other interior designers. I would also advice homeowners to be very selective and do your proper research before engaging and paying an interior designer.

We were impressed with their unique design and that was why we had gone with Linear Space Concepts

Workmanship

The workmanship was a little disappointing. We had issues with the durability and reliability of the furnishings.

Service

Service definitely needs to be improved, as responsiveness to customer was poor and we also suffered from a 1-2 month delay.

Value For Money

Poor. I could definitely have gotten better value elsewhere.
