Mr Bing renovated my neighbours’ place. They did not cover the bare walls after removing the roof and severed the common wall where the roof was. Rains came and my place leaks. Works on Sundays and after 6pm and disturb the peace when you are trying to rest. The project has been on for more than a year and was due for completion in Nov 2014. We have to bear with noise, dirt pollution and they discharge paints and solvents into the drains. Most inconsiderate and incompetent …..
